Sharon Forrence (website coordinator) -- Cross-cultural trainer and staff care consultant.

Rick Augsburger -- Rick currently serves as managing director of the KonTerra Group.

Michelle Defayette -- Michelle is Training Support Unit Lead at USAID's Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance

Lynne Gilliland -- Lynne works with NGOs and others as a coach and facilitator

Mike McIntyre -- Mike is Vice President for Operations at Refugees International

Donna Read -- Donna is the staff care advisor at ARD
